We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, or bank details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We receive only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status. Stripe's privacy policy applies to data they collect: stripe.com/au/privacy.
We will not use your email address for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we will never sell your personal information to third parties.
We use a single first-party session cookie (rv_session) that is essential for
authentication. It is HTTP-only (not accessible to JavaScript), and is not used for advertising

RipVision AI serves users across the Indo-Pacific region, including Australia and New Zealand. Your data may be stored and processed outside your country of residence (e.g. on Hetzner servers in Germany). We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles, which we apply to all personal information we hold regardless of where you are based.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the service. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.
