2.3 Payment information

We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, or bank details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We receive only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status. Stripe's privacy policy applies to data they collect: stripe.com/au/privacy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We will not use your email address for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we will never sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie (rv_session) that is essential for authentication. It is HTTP-only (not accessible to JavaScript), and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes we will update this policy and, where required by law, seek your consent.

RipVision AI serves users across the Indo-Pacific region, including Australia and New Zealand. Your data may be stored and processed outside your country of residence (e.g. on Hetzner servers in Germany). We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles, which we apply to all personal information we hold regardless of where you are based.
